Annexing France to UK?

The problem is, how to present it to the French government and make them to accept this proposition. What should I do?
If your idea involves Anthony Eden, give up on it before it’s too late. He’s going to help get your country into very hot water in Suez. In any event, if you are a French socialist why are you consorting with a British Tory?
